1. What are the production and shipping times for Stroiu orders?
Bobbleheads: We provide a preliminary design draft within 1–3 business days. After you approve the draft, we will send photos of production progress and a proof within 8–10 business days. Once you approve the proof, the remaining production steps take 3–7 business days.
Plush Dolls: Design proofs are provided within 5–7 business days. Production starts after you approve the proof. Custom designs take 30–40 business days to complete. Standard designs are in stock and ship within 2–4 business days.
Whole Body 3D Pet Clone or 3D Pet Frames: 4–5 weeks to complete. Leather Pet Face Keychain: 2–3 weeks to complete. Felted Pet Hoop, Pet Face Keychain, and Framed Pet Portrait: 3–7 business days to complete. Once finished, we will send you a free preview image. You can request unlimited revisions. We will ship only when you are fully satisfied.
Stamps & Embossers, Men’s T-Shirts, and Metal Wall Art Prints: We provide design mockups or renderings within 1–2 business days. After mockup approval, we complete production in 2–4 business days.
Ink Rubbing Art / Vintage Porcelain Jewelry & Art: Production time is 3–5 business days.
Delivery Schedule: After your proof is ready, we will notify you by email. You have two days to request revisions or approve the proof. If you request revisions, we provide the revised proof within 1–5 business days. If there is no reply within 2 days (24 hours), we consider the proof approved and proceed to production. When production finishes, we send photos of the finished product for your confirmation before shipping. If you do not reply within 2 days (48 hours), we consider the order confirmed and ship it. Packages usually arrive within 10–14 business days of dispatch. Express shipping is available for delivery in 3–7 business days. All orders include tracking info. Delivery time depends on your chosen options and how quickly you approve designs and products. Estimated delivery times exclude weekends, holidays, and customs delays.
When you check out on Storiu, you can select your preferred timeframe for receiving your custom item. Each item is carefully handcrafted. We will do our best to meet your expected delivery date. However, we cannot guarantee an exact timeframe.
2. How to Place an Order?
Bobbleheads: We reject cookie-cutter bodies and generic designs—your pose is always unique. We offer fully customizable full-body bobbleheads. Please provide at least one clear, full-body front-facing photo. You may also submit a headshot or face photo. Describe your desired outfit, pose, or provide reference photos for specific features you want to emphasize.
Plush Dolls: We customize anime characters (Japanese and Chinese), K-pop idols, and personal artwork. Please provide clear reference photos or design sketches (front, side, back views, and close-ups are preferred).
3D Pet Frames, Pet Clones, Felted Hoops, Portraits, and Keychains: Provide pet photos taken in natural light, ideally at your pet’s eye level. Your pet’s features and fur color should be clearly visible. Close-up shots and specific poses, such as crouching, help showcase unique features. If certain features (like ears) are not visible, we can’t add them. Ensure fur color is true to your pet’s actual appearance.
Pet photos must meet the following requirements:
Ensure photos are taken in well-lit areas. Outdoor natural light is best. Try to shoot at eye level with your pet.
Your pet does not need to look at the camera. Please provide a crouching pose if possible. Other poses may not fully showcase your pet during production.
Try to take close-up photos so we can see your pet’s special features clearly.
Please use a clear photo where all features, like ears, are visible. If features are missing in the photo, we cannot add them.
Make sure the fur color in the photo matches the real color. If not, the final design will not be accurate.

Please send all needed photos, design files, and other materials for these custom products to info@storiu.me. Then, choose the other options you want to finish your order.
For all products, after you check out and we get your order, we will confirm the details before production. Our staff will review your photos and other materials. If there are problems that could affect quality, we will email you. If you need to provide new photos, delivery may be delayed by a few days.
Stroiu’s custom design process is efficient and customer-focused. For best results, provide clear, high-resolution color files in .PNG, .JPG, or .PDF format.

3. What materials does Stroiu typically use for its products?
For our bobbleheads, we use non-toxic, multi-colored, and easily moldable polymer clay. This material produces vibrant and lifelike colors without the need for additional painting. The products are durable and fade-resistant. While some suppliers use lower-cost polyester resin and depend on spray painting—which can result in less refined products—our approach ensures quality and detailed craftsmanship.
For plush dolls, we select ultra-soft, short-pile fabric filled with eco-friendly PP cotton. This combination feels gentle against the skin, resists shedding, and is both safe and odor-free.
For all pet plush toys—including 3D pet frames, whole-body 3D pet clones, felted pet hoops, and pet face keychains—we use plush fabric, with our design studio offering a wide range of materials, yarns, and textures to choose from. We select the most suitable fabric for each piece based on your pet’s unique features, using a combination of natural wool, polyester, cotton, and acrylic to achieve the most accurate likeness. The fabric choice has been finalized based on the photo you provided.
Leather Pet Face Keychain: Made from genuine vegetable-tanned cowhide;
For embossers and wax seal stamps, the pattern-imprinting section is crafted from precision-machined brass.
Acrylic Rubber Stamps: Made from premium acrylic and high-quality rubber;
For men’s T-shirts, we offer a 180g cotton-polyester blend that is lightweight, wrinkle-resistant, durable, easy to care for, and cost-effective; 180g combed cotton that is skin-friendly, breathable, comfortable, and ideal for printing; and 240g heavyweight cotton for a thick, opaque, structured fit with a premium feel.
For metal wall art prints, we use high-quality, thickened tinplate. The surface is sturdy, flat, oxidation-resistant, waterproof, and scratch-resistant. It remains rust-free and colorfast over time, delivering a vintage, sophisticated, and timeless look suitable for year-round display.
For ink rubbing art, we use authentic rubbings of ancient bricks created with premium raw Xuan paper and natural rubbing ink.
For vintage porcelain jewelry and art, we use antique porcelain shards passed down through generations, from China’s Ming and Qing dynasties to the Republican era, as well as fragments of folk kiln tableware. The pieces feature classic glazes like blue-and-white, pink-and-white, monochrome, and Longquan celadon. All fragments are non-archaeological, not relic-grade, and legally circulated from private collections. After hand-cutting, meticulous polishing, and silver or alloy inlay, these pieces become unique artistic accessories blending traditional craftsmanship with antique porcelain aesthetics.
4. Will my custom item look exactly like the photo?
All custom items are entirely handmade and individually sculpted. Therefore, an exact 100% replica of the photo or complete uniformity like machine-made items cannot be guaranteed. We offer reasonable modifications until you are satisfied.
Bobbleheads: Our bobbleheads are handcrafted works of art, not mass-produced via 3D printing. While the handmade process may not capture every subtle facial feature, we focus on likeness and expression. Our designers infuse each doll with a cute, cartoon-style charm—making it unique and fun as a gift. Every head can bobble at no extra cost; let us know if you prefer a fixed head.
Plush Dolls: Plush dolls are crafted according to your approved design sketch, ensuring a close match in appearance and color. Minor variations are normal with handmade work, but overall resemblance remains high.
Pet Dolls: Each custom pet product is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Based on your photos, we carefully recreate your pet’s features using the best materials for an adorable, expressive likeness. While not a mechanical replica, each piece is a unique keepsake for your pet.

5. What does “Master Artist Crafted” mean?
Choosing “Master Artist Crafted” at checkout means your piece will be made by a master artist with over 20 years’ experience. These pieces display strong attention to detail and realism, capturing your unique personality. They also get priority scheduling and faster production. This makes them perfect for special gifts, anniversaries, or clients with high standards.
6. What are the stages involved in the creation and approval of a custom doll?
Head Sculpting: We will hand-sculpt the doll’s head based on the photos you provide. During this stage, you are welcome to request revisions to facial features, including nose and mouth shapes, expressions, skin tone, and skin texture details. After you are satisfied with and approve the head model, we will set the shape and bake it. Please note that additional facial revisions after this stage may require an extra fee.
Body Modeling Confirmation: We will create the body based on your requirements and reference photos. At this stage, you are welcome to request adjustments to the pose and body proportions. After the body model is approved and set, major structural modifications may require additional labor and charges.
Final Product Confirmation: We will present the complete finished product to you. At this point, the character’s design and colors will be finalized, and most customers are happy with the outcome. We invite you to carefully review all details—including text, patterns, and colors—before you confirm. Once confirmed, we will finalize the design and arrange for shipment. After shipment, additional modifications, returns, or changes are not typically possible.
7. Do you offer bulk orders and pricing for bobbleheads and plush dolls?
Storiu offers bulk production of bobbleheads and plush dolls. To get bulk pricing, please email us. If you need multiple identical dolls, email your requirements to info@storiu.me. We will send you a quote.
For bulk orders, 100% advance payment is required. After payment and receipt of your photos or art, we email the first draft within 4–7 business days. Approve or request changes. Once you approve, we make a sample in 6–9 business days. After you confirm the sample, we begin mass production. Production takes 20–35 days, depending on the order size. Rush orders ship in 1–2 weeks. Sea freight takes 15–40 days, depending on the destination.

8.What if I don’t like my custom item? Do you offer refunds?
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll happily issue a full refund.
Because your order is created just for you or your pet, we’re unable to accept cancellations or returns after 24 hours. We hope you understand, as each item is crafted one-of-a-kind. If you have any concerns about your custom item, please reach out—we’re committed to finding a solution together.
After you confirm and receive your order, we’re unfortunately not able to provide refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email service@stroiu.me within 3 days and include photos or videos of the item and your order number. We understand how disappointing this can be and want to help. We recommend recording the unpacking process, as this helps us support your claim if needed. If your claim is approved, we will remake your item and cover shipping costs to make things right.
9. How should custom items be stored and cared for?
Bobbleheads: Store in a dry, cool, ventilated place at room temperature. Avoid sunlight to prevent fading and keep colors vibrant.
Do not drop, crush, or bump them against hard objects. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep away from high temperatures, humidity, and chemicals like perfumes and sprays.
Gently wipe away dust with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Do not use alcohol, detergents, or chemical products, as they may damage the surface.
Plush Dolls: Please store them in a dry, cool, well-ventilated environment. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fabric fading and deformation.
Do not pull hard on hair, clothing, or accessories. Do not wash, soak, machine wash, or iron. Keep away from heat, flames, liquids, perfumes, and chemicals. Prevent crushing, dropping, chewing by pets, or tearing by children.
Use a lint roller or soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface dust. For stains, dab with a slightly damp, clean cloth. Air-dry naturally. Do not use chemicals like alcohol, disinfectants, or laundry detergent.
3D Pet Frames/Whole Body 3D Pet Clone/Felted Pet Hoop/Pet Face Keychain: Store in a dry, cool, ventilated place. Avoid sunlight to prevent fading and brittleness.
Do not wash, soak, or rub vigorously. Avoid pulling or bending to prevent cracking or deformation. Keep away from fire, heat, liquids, perfume, oil, and chemicals. Store keychains away from sharp or rough objects to prevent pilling or snagging.
Use a soft-bristled brush or lint roller to remove surface dust. For stains, dab with a damp cotton cloth and air-dry. Do not use chemical cleaners such as alcohol or detergents.
Leather Pet Face Keychain: Vegetable-tanned cowhide is a natural top-grain leather that will develop a patina and color changes with use; this is a normal part of the material’s aging process.

• Store away from sharp or rough objects
Wipe surface dust with a soft, dry cloth. For stains, rub gently with an eraser; do not wash with water. Periodically apply a thin layer of colorless leather conditioner or mink oil, and allow it to absorb to prevent cracking and enhance shine.
Vegetable-tanned cowhide may discolor or develop watermarks when exposed to water; avoid contact with water whenever possible.
Store in a dry, cool place. Avoid humidity, sunlight, and high temperatures. When not in use, cover or store in a pouch to prevent dust and scratches. Wipe off residual ink or pigment immediately. Do not drop, apply pressure, or use hard objects to scratch. Avoid cleaning acrylic stamps with alcohol or solvents.
No additional maintenance is needed with proper use and storage.
Wipe metal wall art prints regularly with a damp cloth. Do not use alcohol.
Ink Rubbing Art is made of xuan paper, which is sensitive to moisture, water, and sunlight.
Store flat or framed. Avoid folding or crushing. Keep away from humidity, water stains, and sunlight. Do not wash, wipe, or expose to any liquid or cleaner.
Vintage Porcelain Jewelry & Art:
Do not drop, impact, or apply pressure to prevent chipping or breaking.
Keep away from sweat, perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, disinfectants, and chemicals to prevent corrosion of porcelain and metal edging.
Store jewelry in a separate box or soft pouch to prevent scratches.
Wipe with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust. Do not wash, soak, or disinfect at high temperatures.
Do not wear during exercise, showering, or swimming to prevent moisture-related damage or oxidation.
10. Which countries are included in your shipping coverage?
We provide worldwide shipping to all countries. We use a flat-rate shipping method to help you reduce your international shipping expenses.
11. Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, and additional costs imposed by the destination country during customs clearance.
We cannot control or predict customs costs, as policies vary by country.
