Shipping Policy
Estimated Delivery Time = Production Time + Revision Time + Shipping Time
Since our products are handmade, delivery times depend entirely on production time and the shipping method you select at checkout. Additionally, the number of revisions you request will directly affect the shipping date of your custom item (each revision adds 1–5 business days to production time).
Free shipping is offered for Personalized Men’s T-Shirts & Custom Metal Wall Art Prints within the United States. For other product categories and international orders, free shipping applies to orders of $299 or more.
For orders under $299, a flat shipping fee applies to the first item:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10–14 business days, with a base fee of $26.99. For each extra item in the same order, the shipping fee increases by $9.99, making it easy to calculate the total cost.
Express Shipping: Delivery in 3–7 business days, with an initial fee of $39.99. Each additional item added to your order increases the total express shipping fee by $19.99, so you can plan for the cost of rapid delivery.
Adverse weather and holidays, especially during the peak shopping season in November and December, may delay deliveries. The estimated delivery date will be updated if affected. Thank you for your understanding.
Duties
Storiu does not cover any duties. These charges are not included in your order’s shipping or handling fees. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees levied by the destination country.
When your package arrives in your country or region, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes. Any additional costs incurred during customs clearance are your responsibility. We cannot control or predict these costs, and customs policies vary by country. When ordering from STORIU LIMITED, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in your country or region. All destination duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses you provide or for delays in updating your address. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to correct the error. If the package has already been shipped before we resolve the issue, please reply to this message once the tracking information shows the package has been returned. Once we receive the returned package, we will reship it to you immediately. The carrier may charge fees for the return and redelivery, and you will be responsible for these costs.  
Refunds

We allow order cancellation for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once the 24-hour window has passed, cancellations and returns will not be accepted. All our items are 100% custom-made and uniquely personalized exclusively for you, your family, or your pet. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun. If you have any concerns about your order at any time, please reach out to us, and we will work directly with you to resolve the issue.

No refunds will be offered after you have received and confirmed delivery of your item.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may file a claim within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing us at service@stroiu.me. Please include clear photos, an unboxing video, and your original order number in your message.

We highly recommend that all customers record a complete unboxing video. This video serves as critical proof if any items are missing, broken, or damaged during transit, and helps us quickly verify your claim and coordinate with shipping carriers and insurance providers to protect your interests.

If your claim is approved, we will remake and ship an identical replacement item to you at no additional cost.
